Chahay jitna bulaao gay wapas na aaon gi main
Aasmaan ki banhoon mai sama jaaon gi main,

 Dekhna younhi hanstay khailte younhi muskuratay hooye
Kisi rooz chup chaap si chali jaaon gi main,

 Na jaane mujhe yaad keray gaa bhe koi ke nahin
Na maloom kisi ko yaad aaon ke na yad aaon gi main,

 Shayad ke hoo jaye meray liye bhe koi aankh pur num
Shayad kisi ko ashkoon ka tuhfa day jaaon gi main,

 Boohat tadpi hoon mai sab ke kareeb reh reh kay
Ab door jaa ke sab ko tadpaaon gi main,

 Zara zara si baat pe ye rooth jaata hay mujh se
Dekhna kisi rooz zindage se rooth jaaon gi main...!!!
